Our return policy clearly states that there are no returns
on commodes or
other bath products.
However, we still occasionally get a customer trying to return one. They
sometimes get pretty upset, especially if it was an expensive model. But there
are no exceptions. We simply cannot resell commodes that were returned, for
obvious hygienic reasons. The fact that the customer claims that it wasn't used
doesn't help. Our customers need to be assured that when they purchase commodes
from us that they are receiving a perfectly new and unopened product. As a side
note, we do accept returns on grab
bars, despite the fact that it is technically a "bath" product.
Of course the product must be in brand new condition, unused and in original
packaging...as always.
