Do we accept Medicare?

GoWheelchair.com does not directly bill Medicare. All our orders are prepay only. We are NOT a Medicare supplier and your purchase may therefore not be eligible for reimbursement.

However, we can provide an invoice if needed for submission to Medicare for possible reimbursement. We recommend that you call Medicare to find out if and how much they will reimburse the amount paid for the product if purchased from us. It is important that this invoice be specifically requested. The packing slip that ships with the product does NOT indicate the amount paid and is unsuitable for proof of purchase price. We can email the invoice as a PDF document, or send a hard copy by mail if preferred. Since all our orders are prepay, we don't send out invoices by default. If an invoice is required feel free to contact us by phone or email.
