• Product must be in brand new, resalable condition.
• Product must be returned in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or not the one ordered.
• There is a 10% restocking fee on power wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs and cushions.
• Any special orders are not returnable.
• For hygenic reasons, we cannot accept returns on commodes or other toilet and bath products.
