We offer a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product according to the policies listed below:
- Product must be in brand new, resalable condition.
- Product must be returned in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or not the one ordered.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on power wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs and cushions.
- Any special orders are not returnable.
- For hygenic reasons, we cannot accept returns on commodes or other toilet and bath products.
